Moonlight, Reunion, and Warmth: Hongshengda Optoelectronics Distributes Mid-Autumn Festival Benefits to All Employees

As osmanthus blossoms begin to scent the air, the Mid-Autumn Festival draws near. On September 22, Shenzhen Hongshengda Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. distributed Mid-Autumn Festival benefits to all employees at the front desk, handing mooncake gift boxes and fruit gift boxes to each employee one by one and extending early holiday greetings and best wishes to everyone.

On the day of the distribution, gift boxes were neatly stacked in the front-desk area well ahead of time. The red-and-gold mooncake boxes and the boxes of fresh fruit set each other off, bringing the festive atmosphere immediately to life. Colleagues from each department came to collect their gifts in batches at the notified times, and the process ran in good order. Staff checked each name on the list and handed over the boxes, while "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" was exchanged again and again. Many colleagues paused to take photos holding their gift boxes, and laughter filled the area.

This year's benefits consisted of one mooncake gift box and one fruit gift box per person, balancing traditional festive food with everyday health needs and covering every employee in the company. From selecting the gift boxes to arranging the distribution, the company's administrative team prepared well in advance to ensure that every colleague received their gift smoothly before the holiday.

"I get a gift box from the company every Mid-Autumn Festival — it really makes the occasion feel special. This year the mooncakes and fruit came together, and I can take them home and share them with my family. It feels warm." — linda · [International Trade Department / Sales]

"The gift box itself isn't a big deal, but knowing that you're remembered matters a lot." — [Li Yu] · [Frontline Employee]

Hongshengda Optoelectronics has always put employee care into daily practice and into the details. Beyond holiday benefits, the company continues to invest in employee meals, holiday activities, birthday care, and improvements to the working environment, hoping that every colleague can feel the warmth of the team while focusing on their work. The company noted that employees are the foundation on which the business moves steadily forward, and that it will keep improving its benefits and care programs so that everyone can work with peace of mind and live comfortably.

A full moon, a family reunion. A box of mooncakes and a box of fruit carry the company's holiday wishes to every employee. May all members of the Hongshengda family share a moment of reunion with their loved ones this Mid-Autumn Festival and enjoy a warm and happy holiday — and may everyone return to their posts after the break in even better form, moving forward together.

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to all employees, and may your families be well and happy!
